I help attorneys, small business owners, and other professionals understand and apply artificial intelligence in real business contexts — responsibly, safely, and without hype.
My professional path combines enterprise technology experience, entrepreneurship, and deep technical training in Salesforce and artificial intelligence.
I began my technology career in 1986 at US Sprint (now T-Mobile). In 1992, I joined MCI, a telecommunications carrier later acquired by Verizon.
In December 2001, I left MCI to found a telecommunications agency, KeaneTel. The business grew successfully, representing more than two dozen suppliers and providing clients with technology solutions aligned to their operational needs.
From the beginning, my professional focus has been consistent:

Business Sale and Retirement
On April 1, 2013, I sold KeaneTel, including more than 240 employees, supplier agreements, customer contracts, and operational assets.
Following the sale, I entered retirement. During that period, I traveled extensively and enjoyed a wide range of personal experiences.
Over time, however, I recognized that I wanted to remain professionally engaged and apply my skills to a new and meaningful challenge.
Salesforce Einstein and the Emergence of Practical AI
In 2016, I attended Dreamforce, where Salesforce introduced Salesforce Einstein, the company’s first enterprise-class AI platform built natively on Salesforce.
This was a pivotal moment. It represented one of the earliest mainstream examples of machine learning embedded directly into widely used business systems. By the Spring ’17 release, Einstein expanded further, reinforcing that AI was becoming a practical operational tool rather than a theoretical concept.

KeaneTel was built on Salesforce. After the sale, I retained the Salesforce ISV Partnership and continued expanding my platform expertise, becoming multi-certified in Salesforce.
In parallel, I began structured study in machine learning and AI. Over the years I completed dozens of training programs and certifications across AI disciplines, culminating in the Certified AI Business Systems Architect credential.
Seeing machine learning embedded natively in business systems helped me understand how AI could be applied to solve real operational problems — not just academic theory.
